In her lucid moments she tells family members that she was sexually assaulted multiple times by another patient (a 75 year old man with Alzheimer's), the last assault occurring 48 hours ago. The family also believes the hospital is cutting corners, is understaffed, and is covering up the problems. What would your investigative plan be?

2. A parent comes to you to help find her 14 year old daughter. For the fifth time in 3 months she has run away. Every time the police bring her back, she runs away with 48-72 hours. What would you do to find the girl? Be specific. How would you interact with the police when you did find the girl?

3. You are contacted by a wealthy single mother client who has hired a nanny for her 2 year old. The client is a working mother who frequently travels for business and the child is in the care of the nanny for days at a time. She is now having severe second thoughts after finding bruises on the child. She believes the nanny is abusing the child, and wants to place covert surveillance cameras in every room of the house to try and find out if there is abuse. She wants to fire the nanny but is afraid she will be sued if she does. What would you recommend, and how would you do it.

4. You are hired by another wealthy client (after all they are the ones who can afford a private investigator). Their 16 year old daughter graduated from high school early and went to a prestigious local university. She pledged a popular sorority, and during initiation, she was provided alcohol to the point she nearly threw up, she was forced to strip naked in front of boys from another fraternity. She was so drunk she is not sure, but she thinks she had sex with multiple boys. When she woke up she called her parents, not the police. They called a family attorney who specializes in real estate. He called you and asked for your recommendations because you're the only one he knows with Title IX experience. What do you tell him?
