You are the Manager of a Social Housing Service. Your clients are seeking permanent accommodation due to issues pertaining to domestic and family violence, substance use or mental illness or a combination of all factors.

Raymond (40 years) is a client who has a history of alleged child sexual offences, however he has no convictions. He has been on a wait list for housing for a substantial amount of time and a suitable property has finally come up.
