1. You have been asked to manage the next Introduction week programme for New incoming Students. The university management has asked you to develop a comprehensive summary on what you plan to do. As part of this plan you are to make detailed summary of all the Planning, Organizing, leading Staffing and Controlling actions you will take throughout the duration of the event. The content of the summary for each of the different management functions should be in order of priority and should include a brief justification for each action.
