b. Assess the quality control of your project and product or service

c. Identify variances and determine the reason for these variances

d. Ensure recording of quality data is accurate and timely

e. Review the processes and implement agreed changes throughout the process

f. Review the outcomes against performance requirements

g. Identify and document any lessons learned throughout the implementation process
