14.35 Partnership - Fundamentals 28. Anbu, Balu, Charu and Daniel are partners in a firm. Their Capital Accounts stood at Rs. 30,000; Rs. 15,000; Rs. 15,000 and Rs. 10,000 respectively on 1st January 1992. They share profits and losses in the proportion of 5 : 3 : 2 : 2. D's share of profit (excluding interest on capital) is guaranted by the firm to be not less than Rs. 8,000 per annum. Charu's share of profit (including interst on capital and salary) is guaranteed by Anbu at a minimum of Rs. 13,000 p.a. The profit for the year ended 31st December 1992 amounted to Rs. 45,500 before considering interest on capital @ 5% per annum and salary to Charu @ Rs. 500 per month which under the partnership deed are allowable. Prepare the Profit & Loss appropriation A/c for the year ended 31st December 1992
