Question 1 a) bl George planned a much awaited family holiday to Bali and booked a travel package with Joy Travels. The trip costing RM10,000 was to commence on 15Ih December 2021. George paid Joy Travels RM5.DUU as deposit in accordance with the travel agreement. However, to George's dismay, Bali suffered a magnitude 6 earth tremor causing the government in Bali banning all flights to Bali indefinitely. This caused a cancellation of the tour. However. when George approached Joy Travels for the return of the deposit, he was told that it was non-refundable. Advise George on the legal position and whether he has a right to the return of the deposit. Ah Meng is 7'5 years of age and suffers ham 3 mental condition called Dissociative Amnesia which often causes him to suffer breakdowns of memory. Whilst suffering from one such episode he signed an agreement to sell his house which has a market value of RMBOD,UUO for mere RM300.0D to his friend Lim.
