1.As the Business Analyst for this project, you've determined that you want to hold requirements workshop to start gathering information from stakeholders. I'd like you to experiment with creating an RMP using the example in your textbook on page 190 as your guide. As stated in your PowerPoint, we are only going to be focusing on very basic aspects of the RMP in this class. For this activity, focus on adding your stakeholders/end-users, identifying the requirement activity taking place (feel free to add more), and choose two other sections that you'd like to try. My goal is for you to just get comfortable with what's included in this document.

2. In a separate document, reflect on what you might need in terms of facility space and equipment/supplies for your elicitation session.

3. Prepare an agenda for the requirements workshop. Add any details that you wish. You can use the Agenda in your Effective Meetings Workshop worksheet as a guide.
