Give a very brief introduction of the companies and their products. 2- Discuss the technological knowledge owned by each company. 3- Plot and compare the pattern of a product development and the product variety along the period of the brand establishment. Give your comments. 4- Analyze all the strategic alliances and R&D activities done by the companies. 5- Give your opinion in how the manufacturer combines their knowledge, technology, and strategy to survive in their industry. 6- Discuss the benefits or losses faced by both of the companies, and justify which company are doing better.
