1.Critically evaluate on several aspects of your choice on how a company should develop and

implement the system. If you are the Chief Information Officer of a company, which software systems

and tools (based on competitive analysis of DSS from different vendors) you will suggest and what

system development process (i.e. built from scratch, off the shelf package or outsourcing) you will use.

2. Investigate a real world company that is using DSS emerging tools on how the innovation has affected

the business in regards of companys good practice and achievement in terms of productivity and

income generation. You may want to consider ethical and security issues, data governance and the

relationship of organization with its environment in your discussion.
