1)his activity is done in two steps.Using the form interrogatories DISC-004(you will find this here),Step 1is to read through the entire set of interrogatories checking each box next to each question you would like to know the answer to.Count the number of boxes checked.If you have checked more than 25boxes,complete Step 2.Step 2is review the questions you checked off in Step 1 and eliminatethose questions which you believe you will obtain that information in the demand for production of documents.

Example:

Interrogatory No. 102.x asks for the plaintiff's date of birth. While we need this information, we are likely to get the plaintiff's date of birth from the police report, medical records and their driver's license. All of which we will likely ask for in our demand for production of documents.

2)Week 4 Discussion Board

Identify 3questions you eliminated between Step 1 and Step 2 of the Practice Activity and for each eliminated question provide document titles you believe would provide you with that information and would be requested in the demand for production of documents. Use the sample demand for production of documents to see the categories of documents typically requested.

For a response to one of your peers, review the questions they eliminated and their suggested documents and discuss if their suggested documents would or would not provide the needed information.
