• Identify and research a recent warranty case in the Canadian construction industry that involved legal proceedings (a court case). Conduct a brief analysis using that case. Your analysis should include a background/introduction to the project, a detailed narrative as to the type of warranty and the context.
• Highlight the issues at hand and how did the Courts rule, as in, what were the findings (who ended up being liable and who paid who).
