#2: Robyn Robin is 57 years old. They have a mental health diagnosis of Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), an experience, which can have her feeling extreme worry that something terrible will happen to her if she lets people into her home. Robin currently lives in a single bedroom unit on the 12th floor of a public housing tower in Collingwood. Robin receives support for a range of services including: Goodlife Support Services (support worker) St Vincent's Mental Health (psychiatrist and GP) Clarendon Community Mental Health Service (case manager) Office of Housing (Tenancy Officer) In the past, Robin has been observed to demonstrate hoarding behaviour, this usually presents as an early warning sign for relapse. When unwell, Robin displays a range of behaviours that leave her vulnerable in the community; she has been a victim of violence and theft. Robin has always preferred to meet at a local caf, or in the offices at Goodlife, rather than engage in a home visit. They have been a client of Goodlife Support Services for the past two years; you are their support worker and have developed a relatively strong alliance in that time.
