24 24 Holly, Zoe and Susan are UW business school graduates. They combine their money together to buy a waterfront home to convert it into an office for their partnership. Holly decides to use the partnership's office to host some evening parties. Holly has a sideline business of arranging expensive gatherings and charging each person a handsome price to attend these "elite" parties. When Zoe and Susan find out what Holly is doing, they demand that she pay them for the use of the property. How much money, if any, is Holly required to pay the partnership? She must turn over any profits she earned from this activity. She must pay the fair market value for the use of the house. Nothing. She is free to use partnership property for her own uses.
