4. [CLO 7; 30 points; Solving ODE using Laplace Transform Method] In the petroleum supply system, petroleum is transported by tankers. On the beach, there is a buffer tank that functions to maintain the continuity of the supply of petroleum to refineries. The buffer tank is always filled periodically by connecting it to the tanker tank. To prevent overflow, a control valve (FCV) is installed to flow out of each tank as shown in the following figure. The mass balance of the buffer tank is expressed as follows: A1A2dt2d2h1+A2dtdh1h1=0 the area of the tanker (A1) and the area of the buffer tank (A2) are 10m2 and 5m2, respectively. h1 is the oil level in the tanker. If at t=0, the oil level in the ship's tank, h1(0) is 2m and it is assumed that there is no leak and the pump is off (h(0)=0), solve the differential cquation using the Laplace transform method to obtain an explicit equation oil level in the ship's tank (h) as a function of time (t)
