4. Ustaz Iman bin Sulaiman and Ustaz Dr. Hasbullah Ali are not in speaking terms for about 5 months due to differences of opinion in one issue discussed in Syariah Committee meeting in Bank Firdaus Berhad. Ustaz Iman then tender his resignation letter and he did not attend all Syariah Committee meeting after that as he thinks that that letter was effective upon submission to the CEO of Bank Firdaus Berhad. Please advise Ustaz Iman and the CEO according to Islamic Financial Services Act 2013
