A processes to consult, communicate, and coordinate activities with other organisations you might work with or in the vicinity of?

A procedure/process or detailed description shows how the organisation effectively manages overlapping duties including:

• ensuring each work activities are planned to avoid negatively impacting each other
• how will each organisation carry out their work activities safely
• assessment of who else may be affected by the work activity?
• ongoing exchange of relevant information between organisations
• managing communication to all workers across all organisations if required
• co-ordination of emergency procedures
• sharing, maintenance and use of shared facilities
