SWOT Analysis

A SWOT Analysis will include Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats for the new product that you are introducing. Typically, a SWOT Analysis should be a 1 page summary. In addition to your summary, you should include information analyzing how you will overcome weakness and threats and what tactics you will utilize to highlight your strengths and opportunity.

Your first part should include current product identification and information (name, location, size logo, symbols, insignias, models, etc.). An analysis of your NEW product/service idea within that existing brand. Consider including:How to increase market share (describe your market growth potential)** What is your NEW concept, idea, product or plan to improve market share or identify a new market share?

The final submission should be a comprehensive plan for the new product launched within an existing brand/company. It should includeALLcomponents from the first two parts as well as additional, supported and researched information related to the implementationof the plan.

Marketing presentations will be created and presented to the class as part of your final grade. The presentation should be a summary of your final plan. You are required to provide a visual presentation aid (i.e. PowerPoint, Prezi, charts, graphs, images, etc.). The visual presentation aid should help you present and summarize your main points from your plan. Be Creativethis is Marketing! You will present your visual presentation to the "Marketing Team" (the class) and the "Administrative Team" (me) in a Discussion Forum on Canvas during the final week of our course.
