Include your rationale for your decision. Provide initial thoughts based on early review and assessment of the business. This portion should contain limited 1st person to be mostly in 3rd. A 2-3-page SWOT analysis of the organization's Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. You must also address all of the following topics (though not necessarily in this order as they will be placed in the SWOT where you best see fit): mission, vision, competitive advantage, business level strategy, current marketing strategy, performance, organizational structure.
