A citizens identity card is the only way to prove his legality, at least in Pakistan. Our project is determined to collect all the information of a citizen and merge it in a database. Out system will include all the data of CNIC.ie, issue date, expiry date, degrees issued to a particular CNIC, locality etc. In this project report we will give a brief information about our DBMS.

CNIC is the proof of citizenship. It is also the proof of the citizens origin. His life-time activity, i.e., education etc. But when something bad happens or a citizen is accused of a crime that he has or has not committed, the data of CNIC is very important and crucial, especially in the case of Cyber Crime. For Example, Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) theft. Now a days 8 out of 10 persons in Pakistan have received SCAM messages like from Jeetoo Pakistan, Benazir Income Support etc. When someone reports these SCAMS, sometimes the person who has done the crime is not arrested but the person who has issued that SIM on his CNIC is arrested first. And when he appeals for reinvestigation the government agency sometimes gets late and an innocent persons life gets destroyed. To stop that delay, out team has decided to develop a DBMS where important data is stored which helps to decrease the investigation time effectively. In our DBMS named as Citizen ID Card Activity Database or CICAD (seekaid) in the short format will store the activity of a Citizen on this database. Whenever he has used his CNIC number the Database will store that information. For Example, when someone applies for university and uses his CNIC, our DB which if gets approved and is installed on every government, semi-government and private organization, will send that data to our DB. So when the crucial time comes, an innocent citizen should not worry because we will be there to help.

Every user will register to our DB with unique ID card. There are no guest users. Following functions can be performed by the user: A user can only register for one time. After registration the data cannot be deleted. However, new data can be submitted. If some data has been entered by mistake, he must report to the authority immediately. He can see his history but cant change it. He can change his password. He can only input one information at a time. Error checking will be available. When user inputs data, the system will ask for confirmation.

A user will have to use his CNIC and password. He cannot change password more than once a day. User cannot change username because it is the CNIC. He can change email but will not be deleted. User can not enter without CNIC. He can only enter one degree data once a day. He can only enter one SIM data per day. User cannot delete his data. If the admin changes some information, the user will not be notified. It is only for citizen having CNIC, not for B-Form

Following are the fields which will be required:

Citizen will have username_CNIC, citizen_Password, issue_CNIC,expire_CNIC, citizen_DOB, citizen_Degree, registerd_SIM, citizen_City , country_travelled , citizen_job. Admin: admin will be first a citizen and then special commands will be given to him. The organization will only see citizen degree, locality, for confirmation. Ccw_officer will see every record of the citizen.
