A client is requesting to hold a special event at your hotel.

The event may be for a wedding, birthday party, graduation or a company business party.

You must select one type of event and name it.

In order to confirm this event, you will need to write a contract so both parties are aware of the terms and conditions under the agreement of this contact.

There will also be a select number of guests that will require room reservations for 1 night.

Here is your task: Please write out a policy/disclaimer for EACH of the following 1-10 below.

Remember this a contract that the hotel and event host must follow and abide by.

Here is an EXAMPLE of a disclaimer for 1. Agreement for a special event:

Should any of the terms of schedule a change to the determent of the provider the provider may amend the terms of this agreement. Should the provider receive a bona fide offer from another person for a booking which conflicts with the event the provider shall give the customer 24 hours’ notice in writing. If the customer fails to confirm this agreement during the notice. The provider may accept the second offer without liability to the customer and shall forth with returning the customers deposit without interest or penalty.
