A closed tank of fixed volume initially contains air at 200 kPag (gauge) pressure
and 20oC temperature. Twenty-three (23) kilogram of air is added to the tank by an
air compressor to raise the tank pressure to 410 kPag and temperature to 30oC. Find
the tank volume. List any assumptions used.

b)To the same tank as above, a gas mixture containing CO and CO2 is added to replace the air. With 30 kg of the gas mixture added, a pressure gauge attached to the tank reads 85 kPag when the gas temperature is 25oC. Determine the molar composition of the gas mixture. Any assumptions used must be clearly stated.
