b. I have to create table, chart, or diagram that you can use to help you decide which hypothesis test you need to use (selecting from: population proportion, a population mean, two proportions from independent samples, two means from dependent samples, and two means from independent samples).

c. Explain your table, chart, or diagram so that someone new to statistics could use it to select the appropriate hypothesis test.

I need help this is for statistics and I am not quite sure how I would do a chart or diagram for population mean to be able to recreate a hypothesis test so someone who didn't understand statistics could understand it.
