When engineer Khalid did the assessment he discovered that the main equipments in the actory produce certain emissions higher than allowed by the government and this may affect the death of the workers in the factory oud the people in the surrounding areas. Reducing this emission will require major overhauls in the equipments that will cost to of money. When engineer Khalid mentioned this finding to the factory manager and requested from him to perform the proper overhauls, the manager refused to do that and mentioned that this inspection was not required to the authorities so he does not need to take any action based on this report. He also mentioned to Eng.
