Do change the upper scalar multiplier from a value of 2 to a value of 4. These changes will result in a small difference in the transfer function and the pole zero plot that results, in comparison to HW #18. 2. Assume that the system input is x[n] = u(n] and that y[-1] = 1 and y[-2]=-1. Use the UZT in order to obtain the output y[n] of the system for n greaterthanorequalto 0. Use MATLAB to plot the result
