To receive credit the summary must include

(1) a procedural and factual history of the case,

(2) an explanation of the legal question(s) addressed by the Court,

(3) the holding and order of the Court, an explanation of the argument of the majority Opinion as well as an explanation of the argument of the dissenting Opinion,

(4) a reasoned explanation of whether the student agrees with the majority or dissenting Opinion, and

(5) the student's personal research on the practical effects the decision has had on the conduct of business, taxation, or employment since the case was decided.
