a. Explain the salary data and 6 different positions you researched from at least two different sources in the Columbus and Cincinnati areas.

b. Calculate and report the minimum and maximum pay rates for each job, in each area. You need to create a table (either in Excel or in Word) and cite your sources.

c. Analyze and compare the pay rates between the geographic areas. You may need to research additional economic factors (such as the cost of living) in each area to justify the pay differences you find.

d. Which jobs are paid more than others? Offer a reasonable explanation for those pay differences. You may want to look at the job descriptions and requirements and share this information as well.

e. Examine Career One Stop and the Occupational Outlook Handbook links and summarize the national projected growth rate for your six jobs and the regional projected growth rate for your six jobs.

f. Justify which city and job you would consider based on your research, and explain your final decision.
