A full labor budget for your crew Broken out by department and by day I should be able to easily read the budget that you create and also should be able to see down to the granularity level of each individual member of your crew The sheet should be created in Microsoft Excel and should be nicely formatted. Your crew will consist of: Three Department Heads Lighting Audio Logistics Three Crew in Each Department You will need to account for: Number of labor hours used per day. Dollar amount spent each day Department Heads will work 13 hours for each load-in. In an hour early each day to prep for the work. Crew Members will work 12 hours for each load-in All Crew Members will work 10 hours on Event Day. All Crew Members will work 6 hours during Load-out. No need to factor in a lunch break. Dont worry, they will eat but they will get paid to eat and the Department heads will figure out the best time for them to do that. IF NO WORK IS BEING PERFORMED BUT THE CREW IS REQUIRED TO BE ON A BUS TO TRAVEL TO THE NEXT LOCATION, THEY WILL BE PAID 8 HOURS PLUS PER DIEM. PER DIEM IS APPLIED EVERY SINGLE DAY FROM DAY 1 TO FINAL DAY REGARDLESS OF WORK NEEDS A SPLIT SHIFT FEE IS APPLIED ANY TIME WORK MUST BE PAUSED FOR BETWEEN 3 AND 8 HOURS Role Department Head Crew Member Hourly Rate $25.50 $20.75 OT Rate (Anything above 8 hours in a day) $38.25 $31.13 Per Diem (Daily Flat Rate) $75 $75 Split Shift Fee (Flat Rate) $100 $100. I need help creating a budget on excel.
