A group of students are planning to hold a charity dinner to be hosted by a celebrity. The host will not be paid a fee but will be reimbursed for expenses. It is expected that between 100 and 120 people will attend, paying 25 per head. A key requirement of this event will be to secure the speaker, prepare and post invitations, confirm attendance list and organise catering, decorations and transport. A local Function Hall business has agreed to provide the venue free of charge and a local catering business has agreed to provide meals at 5 per head. The Business School of the University of Bedfordshire has agreed to support the project by providing an initial budget of 900 for the event. 1) Provide a suitable Work Breakdown Structure as well as a Product Breakdown Structure for this project (15 marks)
