A liquid phase first order exothermic chemical reaction AB, is taking place in three continuously stirred tank reactors in series with constant liquid volumes V1,V2 and V3. The reaction rate constant in the reactors are different and are k1,k2 and k3, respectively. The flow rate, temperature and concentration (of component A) of the inlet stream to the first reactor are F0(m3min),T0(C) and CA0(molm3), respectively.
Initially, concentration of A in the first tank is CAi(molm3) while other tanks do not contain any A. All the tanks are initially at temperature Ti. Heat is removed from the reactors via coiled coils at rates of Q1,Q2 and Q3(Jmin), respectively. You can assume constant heat capacities, liquid densities and heat of reaction. Using the data in the table below:
