A mixture of three components contains 45 wt% A, 30 wt% B, and the balance C. The mixture has different boiling points, so we separated it using two distillation columns in series. The lower product stream of the first column contains 98 wt% A, 2.0 wt% B, and no C. Also, we found that 96% of the A in the feed of the first column is collected in this lower stream. The upper product stream of the first column is passed through a second distillation column. The upper stream of the second distillation column contains 97% of the B in the feed of the second column. Analysis of the upper stream of the second column shows 94 wt% B and the balance C. Draw and comprehensively label the process flow diagram, perform the degree of freedom analysis and if possible, solve for all of the unknown variables
