A professor at a large community college wanted to determine whether there is a difference in the means of the final exam scores between students who took his statistics course online and the students who took his face-to-face statistics class. He took a random sample of 30 students from each section and created a bootstrap distribution of the differences in sample means.

The mean exam score for the face-to-face section was 80.3 and the mean exam score for the online section was 77.1. A graph and summary values of the bootstrap distribution are given below.
