For my Project, I have selected the Domain of Information Technology and Created a Project Charter and a Project Plan.

creating a mobile application for Webster students to access student services through a mobile application containing certain features such as how to register for classes online, checking grades, library hours, maps for locating buildings, etc.

Project overview: The main objective is to develop an intuitive app for students and professors that allows users to search for courses, register for classes, and view the on-campus dining menu. Making an app requires changing and updating while keeping in mind the change management approach.

Lookup directory for university

Digital enrollment for classes.

Certain click ups and direct links to webster campus.

Time: 4 weeks

Deliverables: A functioning model of the Webster University app that shows screenshots and other visual elements as well as the user interface.

Calendar of milestones:

On November 11 first meeting with stakeholders about the project, the features to be included, general information about the project

On November 22 second meeting with the sponsor, we talked about the budget changes in the project and the deadline.

December 11 Provide the entire project with the app prototype
