A restaurant whose main menu is fried chicken, finds a new recipe and intends to replace the fried chicken recipe. Before doing so, restaurant owners want to determine whether consumers will prefer the taste of the new recipe or not. He took a random sample of 15 people and for each person was given a piece of chicken with the usual taste and asked to rate it on a scale of 1 - 20. Where a value close to 20 indicates they like the chicken and a value close to 0 means they don't like it. Then the 15 people were also given a piece of chicken with a new flavor (spicy) and asked to return to give their rating. Consumer assessment data is given in the following table. Can we conclude that the new flavor (spicy) is preferable? use the 5% significance level.
