The paper will include a brief summary of Kotter, Rogers, and one other change model but then show a new model for change. The new model is the students own created change model derived from combining the concepts of those presented within this course. Students should provide anyone reading a clear understanding of the steps involved. It will be important that the student make a clear argument supported by combining the principles found in the texts. b. Graduate students 8-12 pages. (Minimum of 10 sources from assigned texts)
