A three-member arbitration panel of neutral arbitrators enters a unanimous award in favor of the plaintiff in a personal injury action.  The plaintiff's attorney calls a member of the panel and asks that individual to associate as counsel with the attorney in another case.  The arbitrator undertakes the representation.  Is there any provision in the Code of Ethics that would apply to this situation?
