A waiting line situation I sometimes find myself in my daily life would be when I do not pack my lunch for work and I have to go to my hospital cafe to purchase a meal. I then have to stand in line for the cashier and more often than not, even though there are 2 cashier registers, there are usually only one cashiers available. Customers often experience long lines, especially during the noon to 1pm hour when most therapists take their lunch break and patients are being fed, leading to frustration and delays. Applying a waiting line analysis could involve optimizing the number of service points, adjusting staffing during peak hours, or implementing a more efficient order-taking system. This would help minimize wait times and enhance the overall customer experience
