Dimensions 1,2,5,6 and 7 are easier to evaluate as we are part of the school and we can 'feel' these dimensions by our own experience and observation. We can recognize our member identity and other dimensions will be easily rated based on the works or projects given. Dimensions 3,4,8,9 and 10 are harder to evaluate, as we require in-depth exposure on management strategy and how they handle the task in administration. As a students, we rarely know what is the management focus, how the integration between different unit, how they handle conflicts etc. b. How strong is the culture of your school? The culture of the university is strong. Sukan Mahasiswa Universiti Malaya (SUKMUM) and Festival Seni Universiti Malaya (FESENI) have been a part of the university culture for a long period of time. The activities are instilled as a part of the student life since the first year study.
