A will is published for public viewing after it goes through probate. I do not think a will should be published for public viewing. To view a will you just have to apply to Probate Registry and pay a fee. It is an evasion of privacy because everybody involved in the will, will be public. How the person's property and personal belongings will be distributed will be public. I think the will should only be viewed by the people who are involved.
