By identifying new software's and hardware's for the Computer Aided Design (CAD) such as AutoCad, Solidworks, Pro E and Unigraphic, Computer Aided Engineering such as Moldflow, Easy Mold, Dynacast, Magmsoft and LsDyna, Computer Integrated Manufacturing such as SAP and MRP II. For the Machine tools scope of works you are required to evaluate the new Computer Numerical Control (CNC) and Conventional Milling, Turning, Surface Grinding and Cylindrical Grinding. For the new procured and refurbishment of the software's and the existing machine tools at MAED workshop, you are required to perform Technical Specification for all the Software and Hardware, request for quotation (RFQ), Tendering & Bidding Procurement Procedures, Post Tendering & Bidding Technical Evaluation for awarding the successful tenderers. As project Manager you are required to evaluate all the performance related to technical specification being offered and tenderer cost. Prepare the Work Break Down (WBS) structure for all the activity and task in completing your project successfully.
