ABC company start 18/OCT/2010

Rick(15% super):

Gross wage payments( include sick leave...) 150,000

Self-Contribution to super 20,000

golf-club (not related to work) 25,000

termination payment 30,000

84 Full-time staff (excluding Rick)

Total gross wages payment 5,078,000

overtime payment 126,000

reimbursement (car) 26,400

government funded paid parental leave 31,200

Calculate the total worker's compensation premium payable to WorkCover by the Brisbane ABC for the year ended 30 June 2015 for the 84 staff members including Risk(CEO). Use the Queensland WorkCover Industry Classification rates for the year ended 30 June 2016.

So should i just calculate the premium payable = the wages X the industry rate (provide by the WorkCover)?
