This is a project that will be done in groups and weight 20% of your total grade. The project is a report that should be written about the evaluation of accounting information system in a company that chosen from the local or regional environment. The report should contain minimum the following Nine parts: First, introduction about the project. Second, backeround about the company. Third, the Business Crcles for the company. Fourth, the company's Flowcharts and Data Flow Diagrams. Fifth, explain the history and description of the Accounting Information Svstem that are used by the company. Sixth, the strong and weakness points in the accounting information system, Seventh, the students' recommendations that explain how to improve the system. Eighth, the conclusions to summarize what you did and what results you achieved. Finally, the references that are used to write the project. The following points must be considered: - Five students are the maximum members allowed for each group all from the same pair sections (e.g., sections 1 \& 2). - Each group is required to choose a company that contains the information needed. (Hint: it is very useful to have a personal contact inside the chosen company to facilitate your investigation). - It is preferable to use variety of data collection methods such as: websites, company's reports and media release, field visit (if applicable), online interviews, phone calls...etc. to enrich your investigation. - Each group will provide an individual presentation for the project. - If a student submits a project as a copy and paste from the PowerPoints or Textbook, he/she will get ZERO. - The tentative deadline to submit the project is week 14. - The project will be submitted soft copy (word document) and another hard copy to your instructor for marking and for similarity checking. - The average word count is 2000-2500 words (Times new roman Font Size 14). - The assessment of students is based on their covering for all the project parts and their performance on the presentation. Important Note: - In case of plagiarism (similarity) in the project, all students in the group will get zero marks, and the presentation will be canceled
