Access Final Project Access is a powerful database with many uses. The most common written or electronic file that could easily be utilized with a database is an address book. Anything that has numerous records or items could be included in a database. Music on your phone, any collection, sports teams, etc. can be put into a database. For this project, you are going to create your own database. This database will need to include two tables. For instance, if I had tables which included my music collection: one table would be the Artists and the other table would be Songs. These two tables can then be linked. Create a database with two tables. These two tables will both need Primary Keys (which remember is a unique value that only applies to that particular record). You may have to create a unique value if one is not apparent. Song # for instance. In order for these two tables to be linked, there is one field that must appear in both tables. For instance, following my music example: Artist ID would be found in the Artist table and the Songs table (you assign the Artist ID, not the name of the Artist). Components You must include at least 10 records in one table and 4 records in the other table (10 points) You must identify a Primary Key in both tables (4 points) Each table must have a minimum of 5 fields. (5 points) Each field should be assigned an appropriate type and field size (5 points) There must be at least one field that is a number (it must be formatted appropriately) (2 points) There must be at least one field that is a date (again formatted appropriately) (2 points) One field must be a lookup field (for instance in my music example I could have music genres: Country, Pop, Classical, etc.) (4 points) Formatting Resize the columns to best fit (size is appropriate and all information is visible) (4 points) Change the font and size for at least one of the tables (4 points) Sort each table (Identify in your submission what field you sorted by, something other than the Primary Key) (5 points) Queries: Include each of the types of queries below and identify in the name of the Query what type it is. (For example: Query 1: Music Genres Country AND Classical) Use a number in a criteria (5 points) AND Query (5 points) OR Query (5 points) Wildcard Query (5 points) Parameter Query (5 points) Query with tables joined (5 points) Other Requirements: Enforce Referential Integrity between your two tables. (10 points) Create a Report titled appropriately (10 points) Create a Split Form (4 points
