The purchasing agent from Industria Cartaria Pieretti asked you to provide quotes under various conditions. For each scenario below, provide the correct Incoterms 2020 that will be used.

a) Industria Cartaria Pieretti makes all the transport arrangements and assumes risks for the goods once they have been loaded into the container at Resolute Forest Products’ factory in Alma, QC

b) Industria Cartaria Pieretti wants you to deliver the goods to the port of Genova. However, IndustriaCartaria Pieretti will assume the risk for the goods once they are loaded into the container.

c) Industria Cartaria Pieretti asks you to deliver the goods to their warehouse in Lucca. At this point, Industria Cartaria Pieretti will assume the risks for the goods and ensure clearance directly with Italian customs.

d) Industria Cartaria Pieretti asks that you make the goods available for pick-up at Resolute’s plant in Alma, where they will assume risk for the goods and arrange all transportation costs.

e) Industria Cartaria Pieretti is willing to accept risks for the goods once they are loaded into the container, but they have asked you to deliver the goods to the port of Genova, and insure the cargo as well.

f) Industria Cartaria Pieretti asks you to deliver the goods in their warehouse in Lucca. They would like also Resolute Forest Products to take care of customs clearance of the goods upon importation in Italy.
