Action Plan for Implementation

We will create a comprehensive action plan, both in written and visual display formats, for implementing the planned change initiatives. The action plan will outline the steps, timelines, responsible parties, and required resources for each strategy. The visual display will provide a clear and concise overview of the implementation process. Our objective is to ensure a long-term, sustainable future for Indiana Wesleyan University (IWU) while remaining true to its mission, vision, and values as a Christ-centered academic institution. The strategies developed in this phase aim to address the challenges faced by US higher education and liberal arts colleges, particularly Christian colleges like IWU.
