Adam had two sons, John and Bob.  Adam owned a piece of land and wanted to convey the property to his sons.  Adam liked John a lot more than he liked Bob so he deeded the property as follows, "To Bob, a 1/10 interest, and to John, a 9/10 interest, as joint tenants with the right of survivorship and not as tenants in common."
