Add vivid adjectives and adverbs

I found a reputable lawyer out of Florida that only dealt with appeals named Robert Sirianni of Brownstone Law. I contacted him with the issues. He got back to me and told me that he would have to double-check to make sure that the facts matched what I was saying before he could take the case. After about six weeks, he got back to me and told me that he verified the facts and could take the case. He only takes cases that he feels he will win. Robert is amazing and I'm happy that I got to work with him. He assured me that in the worst case scenario, I would get a hearing because of the nature of all of the issues being raised from no jurisdiction to fraud on the court.

We decided to get forensic reports pertaining to the documents that we had copies of from the government's expert forensic evidence witness as well as from another forensic document analyst. The idea was to have two separate opinions to testify as to the documents that the prosecution fabricated and submitted as evidence at the trial. The forensic examiners looked at all of the documents that the government presented at the trial. This entire process took months.

Finally, all of the reports came back and supported what we already knew from the government's forensic examiner. The documents presented at the trial were not authentic. Sirianni prepared the appeal and submitted it first to the Northern Indiana District Court. The court took the longest amount of time possible to respond and never made the prosecution respond to any of the issues. Once jurisdiction is raised according to the law it must be proven by the court so this was shady. The District Court just denied the appeal for no reason, so the appeal had to be submitted back to the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago. The Seventh Circuit was the same court where the clerk at the front desk told my family that there was a flag on the case to rubber stamp "denied" on any appeals or motions that were submitted so I was very worried. I told Sirianni to ask for a change of venue, but he told me that he had to go through this process.

The Seventh Circuit again took the longest amount of time possible and never responded to any of the issues raised. The Seventh Circuit just sent back an order saying "Denied" once again, despite the law saying that once jurisdiction was raised, it must be proven by the court. I was disappointed because I never even got a hearing on any of the issues and my issues had merit. It's unbelievable that people like Tom would even get a hearing on such frivolous issues, but I found out that was the government's modus operandi. The court will set hearings on frivolous issues to appear legitimate. However they refuse to set hearings on more substantive issues that the court is unable to address . It is not just a coincidence that federal prosecutors have a 99.6% conviction rate. It is a combination of manipulation and, in my case, fraud on the court.
