3. What are other recommendations that can be made in different positions of the company, such as Jones and Sprunk?

4. What do Nike mean by "competitive" and "pre-competitive"? Is it bad to have a wholesale acquisitionof DyeCoo on a large scale?

5. Are senior leaders actively taking steps to integrate corporate responsibility and sustainability within the organization? What did they do to satisfy third parties? Given their responsibilities to shareholders and stakeholders, do they have a longer term vision to ensure the survival of the business?
