After the pandemic condition is over, everyone is cleaning up in a new order of living habits (new normal). You as part of the community in your neighborhood have a responsibility to help the community to prepare for various things. Look for a community or persona related to the field of EDUCATION and then create a prototype mobile apps that can help the community or persona in preparation for the new normal. To carry out the above activities, the following are the provisions in making the prototype: 1. Look for personas from the community and observe one of them or find supporting data related to that persona. Tell in a few sentences why you are attracted to that persona. 2. Prepare a list of questions for interviewing the persona and a questionnaire form as secondary data (supporting data). 3. Collect interview data and secondary data, make an analysis to produce the root cause that occurred. 4. Draw it in the form of an empathy map and create a user story from the persona. 5. Make it in the form of a table, at least 3 similar references and determine the most innovative and most impactful features to be included in your prototype. 6. Make a prototype using an application such as figma/adobe XD. 7. Pay attention to the visual design, color selection, button placement, information, fonts, position and so on in accordance with design principles. 8. Don't forget to test your user persona with 4 criteria information (liked, disliked, reduced, added) at least 2 personas
