Amirah is in the supermarket. She collects her trolley, looks at her shopping list and then locates the aisles for each item on her list. Each time she puts an item in the trolley, she crosses it off her list. If she cannot find an item, she asks her friend Amran, who is working at the supermarket, if the item is in stock. If the item is in stock, Amran shows Amirah the item's location and she places it in her trolley and crosses it off her list. If it is not in stock, Amran asks Amirah if she wants him to order the item. If it is not urgent, she decides that she will order the item. Amran then writes down the item details and Amirah's contact information on the order sheet and asks Norman, the supermarket manager, to order the item. Amran then lets Amirah know that the item has been ordered and approximately when the item will be available. Amirah writes the date that Amran gives her next to the item on her list to remind her that the item has been ordered. If Amirah urgently needs the item, she tells Amran not to worry, that she will go to another store to buy it, writes "*" next to the item on her list, and keeps working through her list of items. Once all items on her list have been checked off, Amirah goes to the checkout and starts putting the items on the conveyor. In the meantime, Amran logs into the cash register and asks Amirah if she needs to buy some bags. She states that she has some bags but is not sure if she will have enough. He scans the items with barcodes but has to look up items such as fruit and vegetables. He puts the items into Amirah's bags. Before all items are scanned, Amran runs out of room to load items into Amirah's bags, so he enters the barcode for a disposable shopping bag and then continues to scan the items. As each shopping bag is filled, Amran places the bag on the bench for Amirah to place in the trolley. When all items have been scanned, Amran tells Amirah the total of her bill and asks how she will pay. Amirah decides to pay cash and gives Amran RM100 for a bill of RM89.90. Amran gives Amirah the change and receipt and she leaves the supermarket
