Amy, Betty, Calvin, and Dotty were coworkers at ABC Company. Amy, Betty and Calvin did not like Dotty and wanted her fired from ABC. On Monday, Betty placed a sleeping pill in Dotty's coffee when Dotty was not looking. Dotty drank the coffee and fell asleep at her desk twenty minutes later. She slept for four hours and was again reprimanded by Calvin for sleeping on the job. On Wednesday, the Human Resources Manager for ABC asked Calvin if he knew why Dotty fell asleep at her desk on Tuesday. Calvin responded that Dotty had a serious drinking problem that interfered with her job performance. Calvin was aware of the actual reasons why Dotty fell asleep on Tuesday, and he had no reason to believe that she had a drinking problem. On Thursday, Dotty was fired from ABC Company.

Pretend as you are Dotty. Create a business letter to ABC Company President, Kristin Trasher, explaining what intentional torts and/or crimes were committed against you by your coworkers. Explain why you should be given your position back and introduce the prospect of alternative dispute resolution and plead your case as to why ADR should be considered.

You should make up any names/dates/places in order to make your letter complete. (ie. addresses and last names) Do not makeup facts. No additional legal research is required.

Should use the (F)IRAC Method to organize your letter, but it should be in paragraph form. (NOTE: there are 2 separate issues, so consider using IRAC twice).
